Designed and prototyped a portable, foldable spherical Wi-Fi reflector inspired by origami hexagonal tessellation to boost connectivity in remote areas. A custom hinge lets it fold over 60% smaller for easy portability. Testing showed a signal range of 180 m (200+ yards), and I later refined the design using lab-based analysis for improved performance.
